  • DDD

    Community Inclusion

    This program is designed to assist individuals in setting goals and acquiring the skills needed for community adjustment and integration. It helps develop the individual by learning new life skills and enjoying social activities and getting to know his or her community, there is always an opportunity to have fun and make new friends learn new and unique things such as learn how to take public transportation, the road signs, make purchases

    This Program help the individual to enjoy activities and engage in fun sociable activities such as going to the Movie theatre, Fun Exhibition, art and craft, ball games, going for a nature walk, Watching animals at the zoo, library, ball games, yoga lessons, shopping Malls experience, recreational Parks, Bowling, Restaurants, Sports/Fitness events and activities, Museums, Indoors vocational etc

  • DDD

    Day Habilatation:

    TThis program is designed to assist individuals in setting goals and acquiring the skills needed for community adjustment. Also, the program will assist individuals in community integration. This program is designed to enable graduated individuals from HS to continue their education in various structural settings. It gives participants more choices over their daily activities.

    They have the opportunity to explore new areas of interest; become more involved within their communities; develop communication and interpersonal skills; and set and pursue personal goals. Day Habilitation services help individuals achieve satisfying and rewarding connections and relationships within their communities. The program assist individuals in:

  • DDD

    Support Coordination

    This program assists individuals and families to locate and gain access to needed program and state plan services such as needed medical, social, educational and other services.

    It helps connect the individual with services and other resources and benefits in the community such as: Behavioral Supports. Career Planning, Community Inclusion, Community transition, Day Habilitation, DVRS assistance, Goods and Services, Housing Subsidy, Individual Support, Medicaid assistance,Occupational therapy,Physical Therapy,Prevocational Training, Respite, Transportation Speech therapy etc.

  • DDD

    DDD Respite

    This program is designed to give parents/caregivers with special need individuals the opportunity to leave their loved ones with a worker of their choice while caring for their personal or family activities such as: purchasing food for the house, go for church services, etc.

Intensive-in-Community/Behavioral Assistance:

(DCF Program)
Ages: 5 - 20

This program is a short term analytical, focused goal oriented, and needs based clinical intervention that addresses emotional, mental health and behavioral challenges of youth with moderate to high needs. It can be provided in a youth’s home or in an amenable community location. It is rendered at a time of day and location optimum to the family. This program is designed to support youth with moderate and complex needs and their families in stabilization, skill development, and community connection.



Respite Services:

(DCF Program)
Ages: 5 - 20

Agency Hired Respite/ In-home respite: It is an individualized care service offered to ensure that people with developmental disabilities are cared for in their own home in order to provide some relief to their caregivers.

After School Respite: Usually takes place at a day center. It offers activities and outings for the person, and gives them the opportunity to socialize with other people in a safe environment.

Hours of Operation: 2:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday; except public and general school holidays.

Agency Weekend Recreation: This provides social and recreational experiences for children outside of their homes, sometimes includes a community outing component and these include: Movies/Theatre, Shopping Malls experience, Parks, Bowling, Restaurants, Sports/Fitness events and activities, Library, Museums, Indoors vocational.

Hours of Operation: Saturdays between 9am-3pm

Respite Services:

(DDD Program)
Ages: 5 - 20

Summer Camp

(DCF Program)
Monday to Friday || 9am - 2pm

A yearly day social summer camp program that is committed to individual growth, socialization and top-notch activities. At Iyaho social services of New Jersey, we are dedicated to serving children with special needs by keeping them creatively and engaged through an array of well-organized and supervised Summer Camps fun activities in a safe environment conducted by highly trained behavior technicians. We provide, a structured opportunity for the kids to grow, learn new and unique things. Individuals are given opportunity to meet new people and make friends, and engage in fun sociable activities like art and craft, ball games, going for a nature walk, watching animals at the zoo, Playing board games, ball games, yoga lessons, chalk twister, sports & active play etc.
